Great location, short walk to the square through the park. Staff friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. Spacious, comfortable room with large TV, desk, and sofa. Good breakfast selection with fruit, cakes, eggs, and more. Organized transfers and free wifi.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the room and bathroom being super clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a fan, sofa, coffee table, wardrobe, and two mirrors in my spacious room. The staff was friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the center square and close to the university. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to trams. Breakfast was satisfying, and there was private parking available in the hotel's yard.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Krakow and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was just a short walk away from the main square, allowing easy access to all the attractions. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable linens and free WiFi, which was a great bonus. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including local cheeses and cold cuts. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, and basic amenities.
All was great, no complaints whatsoever.
